Diagnoses, procedures, AMA CPT procedure codes (with a CPT search engine), implants, and ACGME RRC procedure categories can be entered. A flexible and powerful report writer uses filters using Boolean logic operators to search and write reports of patients with multiple diagnoses and procedures, surgeon, hospital, date of visit or surgery, across multiple hospitals and clinics, covering patient data over many years of patient visits and procedures. Academic institutions and departments can produce reports stripped of patient identifier data, exported to Excel format, for statistical compliance with the American Council of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) Residency Review Committee (RRC), specialty societies, board certification, hospital accreditation, and outcomes studies.
